Refund Policy

At Eraas Creation we strive to provide exceptional fashion jewellery and a setisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please review our return refund policy below

1. Eligibility for Returns : 

- Items must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date. Jewellery must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Return :
   - Contact our customer service team at email eraascare@gmail.com and WhatsApp 9711647113 to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
   - We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending the item back.
   - Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.

3. Refunds: 
   - Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   - Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
   - Please note that the shipping charges won't be refunded by us. You can mail us at eraascare@gmail.com.

 

4. Exchanges:
   - We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

   - We follow a 3-layer checking process to avoid any damage or misses from our end.

- If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us immediately at email eraascare@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9711647113 with photos of the damage item and your order Id. 

- Return can take place if the customer receives the product in a damaged condition and reports the same within 2 days of receiving their order, provided that you must have proof of an unboxing video clearly showing the damage in the product.

  - We will provide instructions for returning the defective item and offer a replacement or full refund.

6. Cash on Delivery Items Note :

    - Non-Refundable Items: Items purchased via Cash on Delivery are not refundable.

   - Return Process: If you return any order, you will receive a store credit note for the full amount of the purchase. Please note that the shipping charges won't be refunded by us. 

   -Validity of Credit Note: The credit note will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
